At KEF, we are committed to providing an exceptional audio experience; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your products within 30 days for a full refund. All returned items must be in their original packaging and include all accessories to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the authorization process.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your KEF products in their original factory box with all internal protective padding to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned unit, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
